John Needleman
A chartered accountant since the early 1970’s, John has built several successful businesses in both the property and publishing industries. He is a hands-on manager and team builder with a proven track record of success over many years.
After having merged his Chartered Accountancy with a leading west end firm in 1986, John acquired a book wholesaling company which after a series of acquisitions rose to become one of the UK’s leading publishing houses before being sold to the Chrysalis Group in 1998.
As co-founder and chair of the Jensco Group, John has overseen the acquisition, planning and development of large scale residential and commercial projects in London, the midlands and south coast of England.
Nigel Bobroff
A co-founder of Jensco Group, with 40 years of experience in property, Nigel has worked on many high-profile property development projects in the City of London and the early development of London Docklands. He has managed and delivered planning permissions and completed development schemes throughout the UK including regeneration projects in London, the Midlands and the North West of England.
With a strong knowledge of development, Nigel has a long and successful track record in assembling development projects and managing them from site acquisition through to delivery of the completed development.
Nigel has extensive contacts and experience of working with financial institutions, pension funds, local authorities, housing associations, universities and private family offices.
Grainne Needleman
Grainne began her career in sales and marketing with a global fragrance company. Responsible for the recruitment and training of an expanding sales force it was only a matter of time before she found her niche working for a leading global Executive Search and Selection Company. Operating at board level in the media industry, She played a pivotal role in the appointment of Finance Directors for Blue Chip music, television and film companies.
Whilst successful in the corporate world she has been instrumental in several start up projects.
Her role at Jensco Student Living is varied and includes business development, design and strategy. She has a passion for Student wellbeing and creating a healthy, inclusive, creative student experience.
Richard Bowen
Richard joined Jensco Group as Project Director in 2021 to deliver a live 522 PBRS scheme for the group. Following the successful completion and opening of the project, he took up the role of Development Director. Richard is now focused on developing the groups project portfolio.
Richard has over 20 years’ experience within the construction and property sectors. His experience covers contracting, consultant project management and property development.
Richard holds a BSc Hons degree in Construction Management and an MSc in Project Management (for Property Development).
